What it is
Orthodontics moves teeth gradually — with braces or clear aligners — until the teeth and bite sit in a better position.
Treatment is planned before anything starts: an assessment, then a plan naming the appliance, how long it is likely to take and what it costs. Retainers come at the end, to hold the result.
Orthodontic treatment at Easy Dental is with our orthodontist, Dr Seema Vijaykumar Kanade.
Braces are available at both branches, including braces in Al Satwa with our AED 499 braces package.

What we provide
The options, side by side
Metal braces
Stainless steel brackets and wires — the conventional option for straightening teeth.
Ceramic braces
Tooth-coloured brackets, so the appliance is less noticeable than metal.
Damon braces
A self-ligating system — the wire sits in the bracket without elastic ties.
Invisalign
A series of clear, removable aligners worn in sequence to move teeth gradually.
Retainers
Worn after treatment to hold teeth in their new position.

An examination and X-rays, then a plan setting out what treatment would involve.
